VERTEX SYNTECH / SUPPORT STRUCTURES

Structures engineered around the line

Vertex SynTech designs support structures around industrial machines, their loads, the people who access them and the cleaning process. The scope ranges from individual equipment supports to integrated packaging-line structures.

Robot pedestals

Robot pedestals provide a mounting foundation for robotic handling. Vertex SynTech considers robot payload, reach, acceleration and anchoring requirements together with the installation environment.

Support the equipment. Plan the access.

Load-bearing structures accommodate weighers, feeders, conveyors, elevators, robots and other process or packaging equipment. Stairs, platforms, handrails, kick plates and service clearances provide the access around them.

A layout defined by the actual machines

Custom 3D layouts account for customer equipment and factory constraints. New lines, retrofits and line upgrades can require different arrangements for maintenance, cleaning, changeover and everyday operation.

Custom equipment stands

Machine bases, support frames and special structures are part of the offering. Dimensions, machine interfaces, mounting zones and loads define the starting point for a project-specific stand.

Complete-line mezzanines

Integrated structures can connect multiple machines and processes within a packaging cell. The design considers the equipment arrangement together with access, clearances, drainage and installation requirements.

Start with the engineering requirements

Define the machine models, static and dynamic loads, footprint and deck height. Add hygiene zone, drainage, routing and access requirements before fabrication.
