SUPPORT STRUCTURES

Feeder & conveyor support frames

Feeder and conveyor support frames position ancillary equipment beside production, dosing and packaging machines. Their geometry must connect the product flow while preserving access and equipment stability.

Position the product transition

The frame places the feeder or conveyor beside the connected machine. The actual equipment interface and load path inform the geometry and stiffness, rather than a generic frame size.

Consider vibration and support functions

Support functions may be separated where vibration control matters. This is particularly relevant when feeding equipment sits beside vibration-sensitive weighing equipment.

Access to individual units

The support geometry accounts for access to each unit. Maintenance, cleaning and changeover requirements should be considered alongside equipment stability.

Define the OEM interface

Share machine make/model, interface dimensions, static/dynamic loads and layout constraints. Include cable or pneumatic routing and any sections that must be removable for installation or service.
