VERTEX SYNTECH / PROJECT APPROACH
From project brief to installed equipment
The project approach links the initial brief, technical definition and customer approval with equipment manufacturing, delivery and installation.
Talk to our engineering team
A defined engineering sequence
Each stage develops the information needed for the next. The equipment is visualized for customer approval before the final system model and manufacturing documentation.
- 01
Project overview
establish the application and equipment scope.
- 02
Conceptual design
prepare 3D rendering and cost estimation.
- 03
PO and technical parameters
define the project’s technical basis.
- 04
Equipment visualization
review the 3D equipment model with the customer.
- 05
Final system model
prepare manufacturing documentation.
- 06
Equipment manufacturing
fabricate and assemble the agreed equipment.
- 07
Delivery and installation
bring the equipment into its operating context.
Support structures: layout to fit-up
For structures, site and machine data inform 3D engineering of clearances, stairs, railings, drainage and interfaces. Design for manufacture is followed by cutting, bending, welding, finishing and inspection.
Assembly and installation
The structure workflow includes pre-assembly, dimensional verification and fit-up, followed by packing, transport, installation and final adjustments. Acceptance scope is agreed for the project.
Useful starting information
Provide available equipment drawings, interface dimensions, loads, footprint, required access and cleaning conditions. Identify installation constraints and any removable sections or future changeover requirements.
LET’S DEFINE YOUR NEXT PROJECT
Your equipment. Your process. Our engineering.
