Control and automation scope follows the equipment and the process. The portfolio combines conveying, feeding, weighing, packaging, robotics and inspection in different project configurations.
Cabinets and operator interfaces
Frozen-food and chocolate-bar systems include a control cabinet and HMI. The robotic cup-stacking and assembled-unit inspection systems include a control panel. These are project-specific component sets, rather than a single standard control package.
Connect sensing and motion
The technology matrix includes electric drives, pneumatic components, cameras, sensors, linear motion and grippers. In the inspection project, an industrial robot, camera and barcode reader are part of the same system.
Define the integration scope
Share the intended operating sequence, equipment list and existing machine interfaces as part of the project discussion. The control logic and cabinet scope can then be considered with the mechanical design.
